You could always construct a [b][i]ThermoDOME[/b][/i] - it was what CHAMBERS used before they recessed it and it became the ThermoWELL.

Found this interesting item on Ebay: 4435745635
MIRRO Thermowell Stove Pot & NORGE Deepwell Insert. "... vintage MIRRO THERMOWELL/DEEPWELL POT and LID and it has the STOVE HEATING ELEMENT PIECE AND ALUMINUM SLEEVE PIECE THAT GOES DOWN INTO THE WELL OF THE STOVE."
Anyone know anything about these? I am currently the high bidder, but I didn't put in much of a bid, if anyone else wants it.
